Mr. Banerjee will present on the theme: “Zero Electrical Fire Solution – Redefining Electrical Safety for a Sustainable Future.”
His keynote will address one of the most pressing challenges in modern infrastructure, electrical fires, and explore how industries can transition from reactive safety practices to predictive, preventive strategies.
With over three decades of expertise in power and energy systems, Mr. Banerjee has developed technologies that are redefining electrical safety. His patented innovations, including the Remote Fault-time Earth Resistance Monitor (R-FERM), 3D PIXOLAR Tubes, and the Lightning Management and Alert System (LMAS), are recognized as breakthroughs in proactive monitoring and preventive protection, ensuring that electrical faults are addressed before they escalate into catastrophic events.
Mr. Banerjee is an active member of several prestigious global organizations, such as IEEE, CIGRÉ, IEEMA, and the Global Council for Electrical Safety, and has contributed as a panelist and industry collaborator with the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS). His contributions to advancing electrical safety have been recognized worldwide. He was named “Man of the Year for Infrastructure Safety” by the US-Asia Business Forum (2010). He most recently received the 2024 Global Excellence in Disruptive Innovation in Renewable Energy and Safety Award from Frost & Sullivan.
His keynote will highlight how safer electrical systems directly contribute to sustainability by reducing downtime, preventing energy losses, and extending asset life. This vision aligns with the global call for greener, safer, and more reliable infrastructure, making his address highly relevant to industry leaders, researchers, and policymakers alike.
