About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Sales Account Manager to drive business
growth for Manav Energy’s products and services. The role involves managing key accounts,
handling tender processes, conducting site visits, traveling extensively, and ensuring accurate
CRM reporting to strengthen business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage strong client relationships across the power, infrastructure,
    petrochemical, and large VLSI process industries.
  • Travel extensively as per business requirements to establish and expand market
    presence.
  • Visit client sites to understand the scope of work and operational requirements.
    Review tender documents thoroughly, interpret scope, and prepare competitive
    proposals.
  • Lead and participate in pre-bid discussions with clients and internal teams.
    Handle technical and commercial negotiations to secure contracts.
  • Achieve sales targets through effective account management and new business
    development.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations tailored to client needs.
    Collaborate with internal technical/operations teams to align solutions with client
    expectations.
  • Maintain internal CRM data accurately and regularly, following established systems
    and processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and reports thru CRM.

Requirements

  • .Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical/ ECE/Mechanical), Business,
    or related field.
  • 5–8 years of sales/account management experience, preferably in energy, utilities,
    infrastructure, petrochemical, or process industries.
  • Basic understanding of field scenarios in large industries such as power,
    infrastructure, petrochemical, and VLSI process industries.

Hands-on experience in:

  • Reviewing and analyzing tender documents.
  • Understanding and interpreting scope in tenders.
  • Conducting pre-bid meetings and discussions.
  • Leading technical and commercial negotiations with clients.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in maintaining CRM data and generating sales reports.
  • Willingness to travel extensively as per business directions.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
