Sharada Banerjee is the Director of Human Resources and Media & Publications at Manav, where she blends technical expertise, design innovation, and people leadership to strengthen the company’s culture and global presence. She holds a B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering and a Master’s in Design Innovation and Technology in Design, equipping her with a rare combination of engineering depth and creative vision.
She began her journey with Manav in 2021 as Lead for Media and Publications, shaping impactful communication strategies and brand identity. Soon after, she expanded her portfolio to include Human Resources and Shared Services, where she has since built strong frameworks for talent management, employee engagement, and organizational growth.
Her career also includes international experience with Prada and with the National Gallery of Victoria. Additionally, at RMIT University, this diverse exposure across luxury fashion, art, academia, and engineering enables her to bring a uniquely multidisciplinary perspective to her leadership role at Manav.
