Manav Energy Pvt. Ltd. is looking for proactive and enthusiastic Graduate Trainee Engineers to join our engineering team in Bangalore. This role involves structured training, hands-on project exposure, and learning industry-standard tools and practices. The position is ideal for fresh engineering graduates who are available to join immediately and are eager to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist engineers in engineering, project execution, and operational tasks
• Learn and apply engineering tools, standards, and best practices
• Support design, analysis, testing, and documentation activities
• Participate in site visits, inspections, and project coordination
• Prepare technical reports, drawings, and presentations
• Adhere to safety, quality, and compliance standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project timelines
• Continuously upgrade technical and professional skills

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical / Electronics / related discipline)
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience/ Internship/ Industrial training
• Candidates who can join immediately will be given preference

Technical Skills & Tools:

• Basic knowledge of engineering software/tools such as:
• AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, or similar (as per discipline)
• MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint
• Basic understanding of ERP / Project Management tools is a plus
• Familiarity with engineering drawings, standards, and documentation

Certifications (Preferred):

• Relevant technical certifications such as:
• AutoCAD / SolidWorks / CATIA
• PLC / SCADA (for Electrical/Electronic roles)
  • Project Management fundamentals
  • Safety certifications (NEBOSH / IOSH / basic safety training)
• Any recognized certification related to the engineering field is a plus
