Roles and Responsibilities:
• Develop creative and compelling visual concepts that align with Manav’s brand identity, values, and strategic objectives.
• Design a wide range of materials, including (but not limited to) print collateral, digital ads, website elements, social media creatives, infographics, presentations, brochures, case studies, and event materials.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing, content, and business teams to understand project requirements, audience insights, and communication goals.
• Translate abstract ideas and briefs into engaging, brand-consistent designs using typography, illustration, and imagery effectively.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines without compromising on quality.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, industry best practices, and visual storytelling techniques.
• Contribute to the creation, evolution, and maintenance of Manav’s visual style guide and creative asset library.
• Support video and motion graphic projects with storyboarding, layout, and basic animation support.
• Coordinate with printers, external vendors, and creative partners when necessary to ensure flawless project execution.
• Provide creative input in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas for campaign and brand enhancement.
• Have a basic understanding of digital marketing and how design supports campaigns across platforms like social media, email, and online ads.

Qualifications and Skills:
•  Experience: 2–4 years of proven experience in graphic design, with a portfolio that showcases diverse and high-impact creative work across digital and print.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Technical Proficiency:
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience in motion graphics and video editing tools like After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Familiarity with Figma or Adobe XD for UI/UX design is a plus.

Creative Skills:
•  Strong grasp of design principles, including layout, colour theory, composition, and typography.
• Ability to create visually impactful narratives that reflect brand tone and objectives.

Soft Skills:
•  Strong communication and time management.
• Team player with a proactive mindset and an eye for detail.
• Ability to accept and incorporate feedback constructively.

Bonus Skills:
• Understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing, SEO-friendly design, and social media trends.
•  Experience in designing for B2B, B2C and industrial/technical sectors, especially for product and service-based companies, is an added advantage.
