Job Summary:
Manav Energy is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Technical Relationship Manager with a strong background in electrical power systems. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact between the company and its clients, ensuring seamless communication, technical support, and project execution. Your responsibilities will include managing client relationships, understanding technical requirements, and providing solutions to meet project goals. You will collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality products and services, while maintaining strong client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and Manav Energy for all technical matters related to electrical power systems.
  • Understand client requirements, project scope, and technical specifications, providing accurate and timely solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal engineering, project management, and R&D teams to deliver technical solutions and support project execution.
  • Conduct technical presentations, demonstrations, and site visits to ensure clients are well-informed about our solutions.
  • Provide post-installation technical support, troubleshoot issues, and work to resolve any client concerns promptly.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and identifying opportunities for future business.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements in power systems, providing insights to clients and internal teams.
  • Prepare and present reports, project updates, and technical documents to clients and management.
  • Participate in contract negotiations and assist in closing deals from a technical perspective.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in technical roles within the electrical power systems industry, with exposure to client-facing roles.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, power quality, protection systems, and energy management solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships and projects simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on client satisfaction and technical excellence.
  • Proficiency in industry-specific software tools such as ETAP, MATLAB, or PSCAD is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a client-facing technical support or sales engineering role.
  • Knowledge of industry standards (IEC, IEEE, IS) and regulatory compliance for electrical power systems.
  • Familiarity with renewable energy solutions and smart grid technologies.
