Position Summary
We are seeking a Technical Sales Executive with a strong electrical engineering background and sales expertise. This role involves promoting Manav Energy’s specialized products and services in electrical power systems, focusing on lightning protection, earthing, and safety solutions. The ideal candidate will engage with clients in industries such as Oil & Gas, Infrastructure, and Renewable Energy, identifying their needs and offering cutting-edge solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development:
- Identify potential clients and business opportunities in India and global markets.
- Promote Manav Energys technical solutions like lightning protection and electrical health assessments to clients.
- Leverage your understanding of technical standards and industry regulations to position Manavs products effectively.
2.Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Present tailored solutions to clients, addressing their electrical safety and reliability concerns.
- Stay informed about industry trends, client needs, and competitor activities to refine the sales approach.
3.Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring satisfaction with Manavs services from project inception through delivery.
- Provide after-sales support to resolve any technical or service issues promptly.
4.Collaboration:
- Work with the engineering and project management teams to ensure solutions are technically viable and aligned with client expectations.
- Coordinate with marketing to enhance brand visibility and participate in relevant industry events.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering (MTech in Power Systems preferred). An MBA is an added advantage.
- Experience:
- 2 to 4 years of experience in technical sales, particularly in the electrical engineering or consulting services sector.
- Strong knowledge of electrical power systems, earthing, lightning protection, and safety audits.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for clients.
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
